Shipping for Domestic Orders
Vice Versa is pleased to offer $10 standard ground shipping throughout the continental US via UPS. You may expedite your domestic order via UPS 2nd Day for or Overnight service for an additional charge. All orders will be shipped from Chicago, Illinois.
Domestic orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow one business day for processing. Orders placed before 12:00 noon CST will be processed the same day, and orders placed after 12:00 noon CST will be processed the following business day. Ground shipments can take 1-5 days to arrive to addresses within the continental U.S. Within Chicago, your order will arrive more quickly. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays due to inclement weather or other unforeseen natural events.
At this time, we cannot ship orders internationally.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn merchandise within 14 calendar days of your original purchase. To obtain a return authorization and free shipping label for return, please contact us at email@example.com with the following:
Customer Service will respond with a complimentary return-shipping label via email. Once printed, please attach and mail back via UPS. Any orders shipped back without a return authorization will be refused and returned to sender.
Returns are eligible for refund if a return authorization request is made within 14 calendar days of your original purchase. Returns requested after this window cannot be processed. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in original condition and must include the original garment tags. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear.
Returned items should be sent back to us within 14 days of shipment. Returns outside of that timeframe will not be eligible for return processing online and may be accepted at the discretion of Vice Versa only - please email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of processing at our warehouse.
If you wish to try a different color hat or poof, please return your original merchandise and place a new order. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed, pending its eligibility. Ground shipping will be provided free of charge on your new order.
All items marked 'Final Sale' may not be returned or exchanged.
All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment; if you find a product to be defective please notify email@example.com immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that damages as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we gladly offer to repair faulty items so please get in touch. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
